Every product Body Pharm supplies is meant exclusively for research and analytical purposes. Not one of them is meant to be consumed by humans or animals.

Each item we sell, whether a peptide, a pen or a batch, is intended for one thing only: use by qualified professionals in a laboratory or research environment. Our products are not medicines, not medical devices, not food supplements, not cosmetics and not foods, and nothing on this website should be taken to suggest otherwise.

What "research use only" means

• We supply our products for analytical and in vitro research performed in a suitable facility by appropriately qualified people.
• For use in humans or animals they are not intended, not authorised and not approved; the same applies to diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing any disease or condition, and to any therapeutic, cosmetic or nutritional purpose.
• Ingesting them, injecting them or administering them to humans or animals by any other route is prohibited.
• The EMA, the FDA and every equivalent regulatory authority have neither evaluated nor authorised any Body Pharm product for use in humans or animals.

No medical claims

No part of this website, be it the product descriptions, the guides, the dosing information, the comparisons, the reviews or the explanatory pages, constitutes advice of a medical, clinical, veterinary or nutritional nature, and nobody should treat it as such. Where we mention dosing data, a mechanism of action or a research finding, it has been summarised from published research literature with the sole aim of describing the active compound for laboratory purposes. None of it is an instruction for use in humans or animals, and the research findings we report make no claim that a product will produce any effect in a person.

Your obligations as a buyer

When you buy from Body Pharm you confirm the following:

• you are 18 or older;
• the products are being acquired solely for legitimate research or analytical purposes;
• you possess the knowledge, training and facilities required to handle research chemicals, store them and dispose of them safely and within the law;
• the products will not be used, resold or supplied by you for consumption by humans or animals, nor in any manner that breaks applicable law; and
• full responsibility for handling every product delivered to you lawfully and safely is accepted by you.

Safe handling

Only trained personnel, wearing suitable protective equipment and working under appropriate controls, should handle research compounds. Keep products stored as described on the label and in the certificate of analysis that accompanies them, keep them where children and animals cannot reach them, and dispose of them as local regulations require.

Quality documentation

HPLC testing is carried out on every batch, and a published certificate of analysis accompanies each one, so that identity and purity can be verified for your records. The certificates are available on our certificates of analysis page. What this documentation supports is laboratory and analytical use; it does not authorise use in humans or animals.
