Returns conditions

You can return an unused product within 14 days of purchase. Once a product has been used we cannot accept it, unless there is a serious problem such as a defect.

Unused, within 14 days: can be returned

Unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Used: cannot be returned

For safety and integrity reasons we cannot accept a product that has been used or opened, unless there is a serious problem (see below).

Returning an unused product

If you change your mind, you can return an unused, unopened product within 14 days of purchase. It must be in its original sealed pharmaceutical packaging, undamaged and with the batch seal intact. Email us first to start the return and we will confirm the shipping address. Return postage is at your expense; send it insured. The refund is for the full amount and to the same payment method, once the item has been received and checked.

Used or opened products

As this is sensitive research material, a used or opened product cannot be returned or refunded, unless there is a serious problem such as a manufacturing defect or a product that does not match its description.

Defective, damaged or incorrect deliveries

If a product arrives damaged or wrong, or if you suspect a genuine defect, write to us within 48 hours of delivery. We review the case and, if the problem is serious, we replace the item free of charge or refund the amount, even if the product has already been opened. Keep the product and its packaging so that we can check the batch.

How to start a return

Write to support@bodypharmeu.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. We reply with the next steps and the shipping address. Do not send anything back before contacting us.
