Standard delivery within Spain costs a flat rate of 15 € per order. We ship discreetly and with tracking; delivery usually takes between 3 and 5 working days.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders placed on a working day before the cut-off time leave the same day or the next working day. Delivery is tracked. Most orders arrive in 3–5 working days; in peak season and around public holidays it can take a little longer. We email you the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves.

Discreet, protective packaging

Every order leaves in a plain, unprinted outer box: nothing on the outside indicates the contents. Inside, the products travel in their sealed pharmaceutical packaging with batch traceability, well padded for transit.

Where we deliver

We ship to Spain only. The other countries of the European Union are served by our European store. If you have any questions about your order or your delivery, write to us at support@bodypharmeu.com.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or something is not right, write to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will sort it out. The details are in our returns conditions.
